Harvard Phone maintenance will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 5:00AM through 7:00AM.
Impact: During the event, physical phones will re-register twice within a 15-minute span when services are restarted. Third-party devices, including bi-amps (AV), Konftel conference phones, and strobe devices will experience a brief outage when services fail over to the backup server. VoIP phone calls in progress, Jabber, and voicemail are not expected to be impacted by this event.
