Update
There will be a 5 to 10-minute interruption in phone service to and from Jabber and physical desk sets during the 15-minute maintenance window. During the 5 to 10-minute interruption when the platform equipment is updated, inbound/outbound calls in progress will drop. Calls will succeed when redialed or re-attempted, and new calls will succeed both inbound and outbound.

There will be a 5-minute interruption in phone service to and from Jabber and physical desk sets during the 15-minute maintenance window.
