On Tuesday, July 1st, HUIT Networking teams will install a software patch to the NP / OXGW3 / YARD Regional Cores starting at 8:00PM and lasting until Wednesday, July 2nd, at 2:00AM.

During this outage window, HUIT engineers will be updating the software of the current regional core equipment in the NP / OXGW3 / YARD regions to address a memory leak issue that urgently needs to be resolved. We anticipate network service interruptions of 15-30 minutes at all downstream locations as the devices reboot. In the unlikely event of an issue, the network team will be on standby to support return to normal service.
