The Harvard Phone platform will be undergoing a planned maintenance starting Thursday, November 18th at 10:00pm and concluding Friday, November 19th at 2:00am. This platform dial plan maintenance is to prepare for several system changes scheduled in early 2022.

This event is expected to have no impact on VoIP telephone service or desk set registration
